Pastry & Pasta Day

Today we will be learning about the multi uses of pastry. We will make cheese swirl (spanakopita), we will make spinach and cheese triangles, gnocchi and chocolate ravioli. We will decorate cupcakes, make challah to take home and we will make our own lunch.
The children will get the opportunity to create delights from all corners of the world. We will be talking to them about the ingredients they are using, discussing the textures and the smells and the different uses the ingredients have and how they change when they are cooked.
The children make lunch everyday and are served morning tea. There is no need to bring anything unless they are particularly fussy eaters and you wish to bring their own (just no meat please).
Please bring a water bottle, jumper and hat.
